Specialized Women’s Healthcare is working with HealthMark Group to provide fast, secure, and accurate copies of your medical records. To request a copy of your records for yourself and/or for your records to be sent to another healthcare provider, you will need to submit a request electronically to HealthMark Group by following the steps below:
 

1. 1) Click HERE and login to the MedRelease tool (Note: you will need to create an account your first time).

2. 2) Once logged in, click "Submit Request" to complete the HIPAA-compliant electronic authorization.

3. 3) After the authorization has been completed click “Authorize Release” at the bottom of the page.

HealthMark Group will then begin processing your medical record request and provide notification via mail or email once complete.
